2. Fun, non-intimidating and progressive – for beginners and advanced.
3. Learn nutrition and diet strategies that's in accordance to HPB and ACSM guidelines.
4. About one hour per session.
5. Only 15% the cost of a one to one session with a trainer.

Bootcamp sounds intimidating! Should I feel intimidated?
It's not scary at all! It's Fun! We workout as friends and as a team. We strive to make our sessions very informal so that everybody is comfortable. Our workouts are progressive and safe. We have many that join us as beginners and after 4 weeks, they've upgraded themselves to the intermediate and advanced levels. If you're really concerned, join our Ground Zero Fitness Workshops.
