Group Training sounds intimidating! Should I worry?
It’s NOT scary at all! It’s Fun! We workout as friends and as a team. We strive to make our sessions very informal so that everybody is comfortable. Our workouts are progressive and safe. We have many that join us as beginners and after 4 weeks, with our progressive training system, they’ve quickly and safely upgraded themselves to intermediate and advance levels.
Our Fitness professionals will motivate and push/persuade you to do your best for all exercises. Harnessing the power of group and peer motivation, the other clients will also be a source of encouragement and healthy competition.
Our workouts are designed especially for both BEGINNERS and the ADVANCED. If your goal is to lose inches, weight & fat, and get fit/toned fast and safe: collectively as a team, we’ll attain our goals together quickly. For those in the who have been exercising, intensity and variety is added to ensure maximum fat burn.

This week, completed One Year with Fitness Bootcamp. It was an amazing one year. Huge improvement in lifestyle and fitness. TFG and Sharm has never kept the same routine for training. They bought new set of exercises – latest being TRX. There are few of us who've been coming regularly for last one year and enjoying good outdoor fitness activities. I also did my yearly medical checkup – improvement of more than 50-60% on all counts. My doctor was pleasantly surprised and happy. He wants to know more about TFG."
.. Fitness Bootcamp really helped to bring my work out regime to the next level.
