Thank you for your interest in joining our Fun Fitness Bootcamp workouts!
If you're coming for the next Fitness Bootcamp, please ensure that
(1) You have signed up (You need to do this only once)
(2) Confirm your attendance (Kindly confirm weekly)

Upon confirming your participation, please read the following information.
Where and what time are we meeting up? Please refer here for locations and timings.
Who to look for when you're there: Please look for trainers wearing BLACK 'Team Fitness Guru / Fitnessbootcamp.sg' T-Shirts.
What to wear: Workout attire [T-Shirt/ Tank top/ Singlet (White is preferred, but if you don't have a white one, any colour will do)] & Shoes [Cross trainers are best, but running shoes are alright too)
Duration: About 1 hour , Registration is half an hour before workout.
What to expect: Progressive exercise and fun exercises with intensities according to your own individual abilities within a group setting.
What to eat:
(1) A light meal 2 hours prior to workout
(2) Have 2 bananas 30 minutes before workout (For a great source of energy)
(3) Finish 1 litre of water before workout
What to bring:
(1) Water Bottle (Filled with drinking water, 1.5l)
(2) Small Towel (To wipe your sweat)
(3) A Large towel or Mat Exercise (For doing crunches, if needed)
(4) A change of clothes (If you're changing after the workout)
(5) Toiletries (Bathroom facilities are available there)
(6) Backpack to keep your belongings (Please keep your valuables at home or in your vehicle)
(7) Optional: Sunblock, Cap and Shades
(8) Cash (If payment is not made)

b) $140 for 5 sessions
c) $280 for 10 sessions + 1 session free, Worth $50
d) $560 for 20 sessions + 2 sessions free, Worth $100
I would like to request that you bring the exact amount as the trainers will not be bringing any change with them.
What if it rains? RAIN or SHINE - Whatever the weather, our workouts will still proceed - let's find a covered area for us to do our exercises. Nothing will stop us from burning calories ;)
