Beginner Group :

GOAL : Start on an exercise program – From Zero to Hero!

  • Malni started by doing 10 minutes of our workout – that was 2 months ago.
  • Now she clocks 1hr and 20 mins of bootcamp in the weekend and works out 3 times a week by herself. Motivation level up!
  • Suraya started her first bootcamp workout in Feb 2009, she'll be doing her first 10km non-competative run in May.
  • Sheila sleeps soundly now, minus Melatonin.

Intermediate & Advanced Group

GOAL : Get Fitter Vik clocked his personal best during the recent 15km Passion Run

  • Emma managed to clear 15km (Passion Run) effortlessly in 1hr 30 mins
  • Rangga burns 1000 calories every session during our group workout, measured by his Polar heart rate monitor! Sunil Chavan – ran 10km in 76 minutes. His target is to clock 10km in 1 hour.
  • Edward Grisham – training for the Safra half marathon in August and the half marathon in December.
  • Julian Woo – training for the NTU Adventure challenge
