Recommended things to wear / bring for your workout.
1) Preferably WHITE Dri Fit T Shirt or Tank Top
2) Shorts or Tights
3) Cross Trainers (Shoes)
4) WHITE Cap
5) 1.5l bottle of Water
6) Small Towel
7) Sunblock
Prior to workout (About 1.5 hours before workout):
1) Have 2 bananas (For a great source of energy)
2) Finish 1 litre of water
